Cobbled paths and a mosaic of crops with meadows surrounded by dry stone walls, will accompany us in this first section of the route. We will soon see the Croscat and Santa Margarida volcanoes. From the Croscat we will observe its interior on the side where there used to be some volcanic rock extractions, and in Santa Margarida, we will go up to the top and we will be able to enter its crater where in the middle there is a hermitage of Romanesque origin. Back in Olot, we will enter The Jordà beech forest where we will enjoy the silence and greenery of a unique place in the world.
