Throughout the activity, I will accompany you to discover the forest from another perspective, reconnecting with nature. It teaches us to change our attitude and to walk in a different way through life, valuing the little details, to be humble, to empathize, to love nature, and to take time for yourself. Creating bonds, interacting and feeling the benefits of the forest.
You will stay at Mas Pineda, a 13th century farmhouse in the middle of Alta Garrotxa, surrounded by meadows and forests. Here you can taste the home-made and local cuisine typical of the area.
