DAY 1
Arribal and accommodation. Dinner and accommodation: Hotel Vall d'en Bas ****.
DAY 2
After breakfast, transfer to Sant Privat d'en Bas to start one of the more known route at the area: to climb the Puigsacalm peak. We'll get to the Sallent waterfall following old stone made trails, and we'll be at the highest point of the area. The great views are amazing and they let us to look at half of Catalonia, from the Pyrenees to the Mediterranean Sea. The descent will be the same or more spectacular and we'll always follow technical paths; will be at the bottom of the valley and in few minutes our legs bring us to the accommodation. At the afternoon, after a relaxing time, we can use the rooms from the hotel to develop some technical meetings and/or enjoy the hotel facilities to introduce a session of active rest, yoga, pilates,…
DAY 3
Transfer to the heart of La Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park. The training session will be softer that the previously day, but we'll be able to climb up to Santa Margarida volcano, walk into the Croscat volcano and run on top of a lava flow through d'en Jordà beech forest. The afternoon will be to rest and relax and we can use the hotel facilities for group requirements, for example training sessions or only to rest and to enjoy the swimming pool. At night, we'll be on a nocturn activity. With the frontal torches ready, we'll leave directly from accommodation and climb up one of the best known sites on the valley: Sant Miquel de Castelló. The wonderful night views will be the beginning of the intensive descent that will bring us again at Vall d'en Bas.

Breakfast and depart from accommodation.
